If I delete an app from itunesconnect, can I immediately reactivate it or will it go through reviewprocess again?

We have an app, we would like to temporarily deactivate from Itunesconnect and possibly re-upload afterwards. Is the re-upload or re-activation possible without going through the review process?

If you delete the app, you won't be able to use that app name again.
