Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I restored from an iTunes backup to a new iPhone 6s, however every day am unable to download apps and updates without a reset (home and lock button). When I click get or update the circle starts spinning but never gets to the stop button and instead goes back to the get it update button. Is this a full restore job or is there another solution (I don't really want to have to reset my phone every day!)

hi i am facing problem with my iphone. I am unable to update any of he applications from app store also can not purchase anything from apple apps store. I am using iphone 6s iOS version 9.2.1, sometimes my mobile gets hang i reset my all settings and also i logout from my apple id and icloud but doesnt work. I have read all the solutions in the comments and i applied all but still the same. Please tell me the solution what to do?

Check your iPhone region. If you have moved to a different region, which isn't reflected in your iPhone settings, you'll face this issue. I moved from Singapore to India and faced the same problem. Once I changed the region to reflect India in my iPhone settings, everything was hunky dory. Hope this helps 🙂

This worked for me. After logging back in, I updated all apps one at a time and all updated.
exactly the same problem as you it started this morning. I need to download a app for my sons school but it just starts spinning then goes back to get. Also I can't update any apps. Hopefully someone can help!

I have been seeing this issue on my iPhone SE running iOS 9. Instead of returning to GET it would keep spinning and never reach the load/stop indicator. Rebooting the phone fixed this.
Cannot open dienloads
I had this same problem. Meanwhile I kept being prompted to sign into my Apple account. Come to find out, I had 2 different Apple Ids....the 2nd id that was very similar to the first id (minus the email domain). Once I got the password figured out for the 2nd id & logged in to the second account, everything starting updating.
I can not download or update the apps which a were used in my iPhone before, or had been downloaded with my id Apple.
