Safari does not open links from twitter

No, after a few minutes I again can't open links in Safari.
Here is example:

Link is in Address bar all the time marked but web page does not open, nothing hapens ...

The problem is with Safari only, after ElCapitan installed.

I started to use Chrome, and I am not happy, at all.

Safari was excellent until ElCapitan released.
