iOS 9.1 and Loss of Search Function in Contacts

I upgraded my iPad Air to 9.1 today and now I cannot search my contacts. Every search says that no records are found.

I can do a spotlight search and it will find a contact.

But if I go to the contacts and do a search from there, no records found.

How do I report this to Apple?

Hi guys. try this.

before, i enter my contacts using 09207101*** (example) and they keep on losing and losing.

but when i tried to enter my contacts using my country's standard #, it worked.

my country is phillipines, so i use +639... +63 906 584 2*** and they are not disappearing anymore.

its a lil hassle but its worth it. hope i was able to help
