Apple ID Verification keeps popping up

Hi. I am using iPhone 5S iOS 9.1. Whenever I sign in to the phone I will see this message. (screenshot below)

I reset my phone so many times. I even tried to reset it using DFU mode. I don't know why is this happening. The phone says Apple ID Verification, Enter the password. So I enter the password. But whenever I restart the phone it will pop up again and asks the same thing to enter the Apple ID password. Please fix this, it is really annoying. I tried Sign Out and Sign In in settings and the message still appears when ever I restarts the phone. Please help me. Any help would be appreciated.

I was running into the same issue.

I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone 4s and iPhone 6s. The 4s was a second hand associated to an AppleID. I bought a 6s and restored the backup. Since then I have been prompted with that bloody message to enter the AppledID of an account that's not mine.

What I did (it seems okay now, but you never know):

- on My MacBook Pro, I opened iTunes and got to the Account Information > iTunes in the Cloud. There is a settings "Manage your devices". Remove the previous device that's causing you some trouble.

Additional information. I noticed that the problem occurred only when using my wifi and not when using my 4G connection. I plugged out my Time Machine and plugged in again. The message hasn't popped up since.

Same issue here- I updated two days ago, and now the verification pop up is so insistent I can hardly use my phone- any help you find would be much appreciated.

that worked for me. in icloud i also turned off photo sharing and it stoped asking.

Did you find a way to fix this annoying issue? I can't do anything on my Ipad without it popping up constantly. I am updated to the latest update too.
