Apple Watch Move Goal problem

I have an apple watch which I've had for 171 days and the reason I'm so sure is that every day since I got the watch I complete all 3 of the activity circles and consequently the move goal achievement was up to 171. On Saturday I went for a run and used runkeeper on the apple watch + my iphone was in my pocket. Total calories burnt on the run were 464, and my daily goal is a minimum of 400.

To my horror on Saturday I realised that the 464 calaries had not been added to the move total, even though it was showing in the graph and under the workout section as a 464 CAL Outdoor Run.

Is there any way I can correct this?

NB, my iPhone is version 9.1 and the watch is OS2. Runkeeper is 6.2 (250) which has apple watch support. It was the first time i had used runkeeper running on teh apple watch and I fear that might be the problem.

It is not resolved. At least not for me. Ive lost perfect month streaks the last three consecutive months with this exact same problem. It is really annoying given that one puts the extra effort to exercise. There should be a way to recalculate and/or edit. Same like some of you I've received the three goals met message one night only to see the activity ring recalculated down the very next morning. What gives. Apple should offer a solution.

I'm up to date on iOS and watchOS. And it did it again lst night! My move goal is 800. I went to bed having done 867, woke up to 625, two days in a row now! I'm not using RunKeeper ever again. Last night was the worst recalc. In the past I had lost about 20-40 calories in the count. I could accept some error for double counting, but over 200!?!?

That is odd. I know how annoying it is to not have those rings stay completed. I don't know that it's Runkeeper's fault though. However, I haven't tried any other third-party app to find out.

I was able to figure out what was going on by making a spreadsheet with data from the Health app and the Activity app. The Health app was still showing the calories I thought I had, while the Activity app showed the lower number and the amount from Runkeeper. Those added up to what I saw in the Health app.

I just checked in the Health app. The graph shows 914.25 for yesterday (the ring showed 867). I have no idea what's going on, but I will now stick to the Apple app. In any case, it is annoying that this happens, but what matters is I still did the exercise. Still I wish Apple would give us a solution to recalculate or fix the rings issue. (I forgot to mention, each day when this has happened, I had also gotten the "Congratulations you met all three goals" message, so there's no confusion).

This is happening to me too. In fact, it happened twice in the last three days. And, recently, the disappearing 'move' calories have been much larger. This morning I realized the Activity app is no longer registering a 580 calorie run I completed yesterday with the Move ring saying I only burned 203 calories. This is despite the fact that I had hit my move goal and saw the completed ring immediately after my run and for the rest of the day.

Interestingly, the chart in the lower section shows large spikes during the time I ran (and, yes, the RK workout appears below in the Workouts section).

Both times the disappearing act has happened, I have had trouble with the RK iPhone app. I run with my Watch and iPhone (supposedly calibrating, but somehow I doubt it). So, I open the iPhone RK app then I start the Apple Watch app. Mid-run I looked took out my iPhone and noticed the RK app wasn't tracking anything - no time or distance... nothing. I don't know if this is related to the problem or not and I can't remember if this was the case a month ago when a bunch of calories vanished.

I upgraded to Runkeeper 6.5 the other day and this issue is still happening to me. Very frustrating. I have to keep going back to running the Workout Apple Watch app and the RK iPhone (not AW) app at the same time, in order for everything to register correctly and stay registered. Sometimes when doing the RK AW app, it doesn't register any calories at all, just time and distance. That seems to be random. Once it even registered only time and calories, but not distance!

I wonder if it has something to do with Healthkit settings. I have RK set to both read and write Active Energy, Heart Rate and Walking+Running Distance. I also let it write Workouts and read Steps. Maybe it's conflicting with something, but only when run from the AW.
