Contact Apple Support Errors

This error still exists, how can I get around it?

Apple advisors don't know what this problem is.

I have asked them already 10 times, but they still don't know.

This problem is a result from the new facelift Apple gave their supportpage.

That was on 19-10-2015

Now, 6 weeks later, they still didn't fix it.

Now I have made a appoitment to the genius bar.

I think they are working on it.

Now if trying to make a repair, you get: the page can't be found.

The system makes a casenumber now
