Apple TV wakes up randomly (and switches on TV)

My 4th gen Apple TV works generally fine. It can also control my Sony Bravia TV home theater via CEC. However, five minutes after I turn off the whole setup my Apple TV wakes up again and, via CEC, turns back on the TV. I closed all apps but that didn't help. The only solution was to unplug the Apple TV.

Does anybody else have this problem? Any solutions?

I Have read that plugging it into your computer and restoring it helped sometimes. I have yet to try it myself though.

Same problem here with my Sony 55W809C. Last night I unplugged Apple TV, TV, and reciever from the power supply to see if it helps...
