SD Card Reader not working in Windows 10

Hi,

I have just installed "Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB" 64-bit to my MacBook Pro Retina. Everything is working, except SD Card Reader.

SD Card reader is not listing by Device Manager, but if I check "View + Show Hidden Devices" it is listing, but it is grayed.

According to device manager, the device is "not connected to the computer", but it is working when I boot in OSX. I have tried to reinstall the driver, but it didn't work.

Any solution?

geegeeman77 's answer worked perfectly and as described. I have an SD card reader on my MBP Mid2012 Windows 10 bootcamp for the first time ever!
