Apple TV keeps turning itself on after being put to sleep

So far my Apple TV has worked great. However, last night everytime I put it to sleep it would wake back up, by itself, after about 5min. The only fix I could find was to unplug the unit itself. Is this some type of software bug? Has anyone else had this issue?

Tech info: new Apple TV with the he Siri remote (4th gen I think)

TV is a Samsung flat screen (not sure the exact model #)

hooked up via hdmi and set to automatically turn on the tv.

And exactly what reason do you have for excluding your network just because you are using ethernet instead of Wi-Fi.

When I watch Netflix sometimes my Apple TV turns off like nothing happened by itself and I need to fix it

A slightly better solution would be to add a "Sleep Wake Events" section to your Settings, where one could specify "Only Wake On Remote TV Button".

Same issue here with ATV 4th gen with new Samsung flat TV. Had no problem with old 8 year-old LCD TV.
