Disk can't be partitioned BOOTCAMP WIN 7

Hi guys,

I'm trying to install Win 7 through Boot Camp in my late 2013 Retina 13-inch Macbook Pro. After trying to partition my drive i get the following message:

"Your disk could not be partitioned"

I read some posts in the Support forums and I ran Disk Utility and used First Aid on my drive. It recognised the error "Incorrect number of file hard links" and supposedly fixed it. Still the disk couldn't be partitioned. I tried another method using Command-S while booting and typed "/sbin/fsck -fy"... it gave me a succesful repair message and I tried Boot Camp again with the same results.

Any ideas?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Unless the PCIe flash drive was damaged, the errors you see indicate an unstable behavior. Can you install OSX on an external flash drive (not an HDD) - How to install OS X on an external drive connected to your Mac - Apple Support - and then try top use the entire internal drive for Windows as a test? Please ensure your OSX installation is fully backed up before this step.
