can't install Lightscribe system software on El Capitan

I have a Light scribe drive that I love to use. However, I just connected it to my iMac that has El Capitan and one of the things (the KEY thing) that needs to be installed is the Light Scribe system software. I've tried multiple links to install this and every time as I go through the install dialogs with OS X, it ends with "no software can be found to install".

anyone seen this? without the installation of this system software, i'm stuck and can't use the burner.

any help would be appreciated.
