The answer was for the person who said they could not obtain an original receipt for their phone and so were prevented from getting assistance. My apologizes if I responded to the incorrect post.

What sometimes happens when your password gets hacked is little simple things that people would normally do become like insurmountable tasks that you don't think of because of the horror of the violation.
