iPad Air 2 is not constantly connect to the internet
Hi,
I am having problem that my iPad air 2 is not able to connect to the internet constantly. I attach video for the issue I have mentioned about. This is happening after I restored my iPad air 2 to IOS 9.1.

I have contact apple chat online and received the comments to explore the below links. It temporarily fixes the issue when I change SSID name. However, the issue appears again after iPad connected to the internet for a while (1-2 days). I have to reset my router, rename SSID, turn on-off my iPad to make it connected to the internet.

I went to Apple service store in Thailand. My iPad run checks and it is able to connect to their wifi router with no issue at all. I haven't spend time for all day at the service center so that the issue is not reproducible on their site. Then, they said there is no issue on my iPad.
I have searched on apple forum and found some people facing the same issues as I am. It seems the issue is not resolved.
iOS 9 wifi connectivity problems
I did everything I can to get my iPad connect to internet constantly again. I tried to connect internet with different router brands and internet service provider. Unfortunately, it does not help. The issues appear on my mobile hotspot and 2 home wifi routers with different ISP. For other devices, they can connect to the internet constantly.
My hope is the newer of IOS will help resolving this issue. I wish I should have not upgrade my iPad to IOS 9.1.
