iPhone 6S Rose Gold Easily Scratched?

Same here! I've been using the 6s Plus rose gold, for a year now. The paint of my phone has been chipping off like crazy. It's spreading to entire phone. I don't really know what could've caused it. It has had a cover since day one, so I don't see how and what could've caused it. Hoping Apple hears us out. Any solutions besides replacing the back panel??

i have the same issue! i currently have a gold iphone 6S and i've always used a case from day 1. however, a short period after i received the phone i strated noticing hairline scratches on the back of my phone. i ignored them and dismissed them as dirt. a while later, when i checked the back of my phone again i saw more tiny scratches dominating the entire back of my phone, at places around the camera, the phone buttons and its charging port. there are have been more and more scratches ever since and i'm puzzled as to why this is happening. i'm very annoyed as these tiny scratches are ruining the look of my phone. any suggestions to why this is happening?

I have the same problem. I have tiny scratches near my main camera and near my iphone's white antennas and the edges of my iphone. I'm using an iphone 6s plus rose gold. Been using my iphone for a year now and ever since i bought it, i've always used a case.

Its just been a month i bought iPhone 6S Rose Gold and there are some black scratches visible on the top and bottom of the phone. I usually keep my phones with great care but this thing disappointed me. I also had iPhone 6 and iPhone 5, but seems like it's just the problem with the 6S and specially the Rose Gold one.

They will ask you to contact the apple care center but then the care center will tell you that it's not part of the replacement program.
