Problem with photo book

I used to use iPhoto and have not made a book since photos was introduced. Today I have compiled a book and when I buy book and go to payment section. The message reads : Changing Stores - The credit card associated with this Apple IK is assigned to the Australian Store. If you change the store, you will need to place the order again.

I am living in Australia and ordering on an Australian credit card. Can anyone suggest what I need to do to sort this out. I am at a standstill and cannot proceed with book order.

Is the Photos > Preferences > General > Print Products Store set to Australia?

The AppleID you are using, the billing address, the shipping address allied to be in the same country.

Are your System preferences > Language & Region, and your Time Zone also set to Australia?

Thank you Leonie,

They are set to Australia. This Mac is registered under a previous AppleID that I no longer use. I want to go into an Apple Shop and see how I can change that but I am logged into my new AppleID to buy this book and all details look correct to me. The reason I had to change my AppleID is that it kept asking to change password and when prompted to send an email to my address, the email would never come. My son suggested I stop using that and create a new one but of course many apps are attached to the old one. I don't think this is affecting this problem though. I am buying through the new AppleID.
