Keychain First Aid appears to be missing after 10.11.2 update!

oh man this is annoying.. we sure need this help.

I am having this issue as well. Apple please take care of this asap.

i have this issue persisting my ability to use the macintosh to the fullest. its annoying some one please help me with this keychain drag.
