I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS9.2 and now when I open the music app I can't access my library. It's only a picture of a girl listening to music with apple music written on it. There's no menu bar, no options or buttons to navigate to artists or music. It's so frustrating. How do I solve this? Thanks!

This worked for me. The only difference is that the choice wasn't My Music, it was Not now.
I had an issue with my network recently and went to my Apple shop. i was told i would need to update to ios9. i told the guy that I hate updating my phone or itunes as it always causes problems.
Anyway, I had to do it and afterwards my calendar wouldn't work as it should, and this music issue was another problem. Apple have been aware of these bugs for ages but couldn't care less. No wonder people are falling out of love with Apple and their share price is in freefall.
I hate these stupid updates they mess everything up instead of fixing a problem they cause one or in my case many.
