"Ipad Pro" email format issue, some inboxe emails have 8 letters per line!!

You described my problem exactly. Hopefully your very detailed description will help Apple to correct.

I found a possible workaround until Apple fixes this for good. Issue seems to only come about when the iPad's text size is at it's smallest. It you move to a larger size, the email format goes back to normal.

Go to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Text Size -> Move the slider to a larger size

On my iPad Pro this workaround helps but I HATE using a larger text size. We shouldn't have to compromise the font size just to use Apple Mail.

In some cases, this did seem to temporarily fix the issue, when moved to 2 points on the accessibility slider.

However, I still have emails which are a HTNL mix of text and photos, which are not corrected, even when the slider is pushed as far as it will go.

All it does, is increase the number of words per line by one on each iteration in thesis circumstances.

I have also sent a video of this off to Apple, so we will see what they come back with next week.

Just to provide you with an update after my contact with Apple engineering / support desk.

Apple Engineers have now managed to duplicate the issue with mis-formatted emails in iPad Pro, and it has been raised to software development for email application on iPad Pro.

There is no immediate fix in place just now for the formatting, but it has been raised, and it WILL be resolved in a future release / update of software to the iPad Pro.

In the meantime, they have asked if we can persevere, and utilise the Pro 'split screen' functionality wherever possible to alleviate the email display problem.

So, to summarise, they now know of the problem, they can now replicate the problem, and it HAS been raised with their software developers as a bug to be resolved.

I think that, with iOS 9.3 release today, the problem was solved! I tested with around hundred mails and nothing wrong. Can you guys confirm that?

I can confirm that all formatting issues now look to be resolved with the 9.3 release.

I tested all the emails that were failing previously, and ways in which it previously failed, and I do not have any issues any more.
