Your 2015 Mac is UEFI-compliant and supports EFI Boot of Windows 10. If you install Windows 10 using EFI Boot on a GPT-only disk, you can create additional partitions. If you upgraded to W10 from W7/W8+ it explains the MBR (Fdisk output).

Can you install W10 using EFI Boot?

SIP is System Integrity Protection, new in El Capitan. Did you run these steps prior to running the Gdisk steps. If you did not the last 'w' command in Gdisk step will generate errors (permission errors/unix errors).

There is a new feature in ELC, called System Integrity Protection. You can temporarily disable it.

1. Boot in Local Recovery (Command+R)

2. In Utilities -> Terminal type csrutil disable

3. Install GPT Fdisk

It can be enabled later using csrutil enable .
