BootCamp drivers or Manufacturer drivers?

Hi guys.

I want to install Windows 10 with USB device in my MBA late 2012 i5 1,7Ghz/128SSD OWC/4Gb (El Capitan 10.11.3 beta)

my simply question is: What is the better to windows system performance BootCamp drivers or Manufacturer drivers?

Manufacturer drivers It´s up to update, Apple drivers...

If you are getting new versions/dates, it also indicates buggy drivers to begin with.

In my case (mac pro 5.1 / 2010, gtx 980 ti) the manufacturers driver has been clearly the better choice. Full support and full power for the grafic card.
