Constantly getting sbd at all times after 5 mins from fresh boot. Mac becomes unresponsive. Only hard power button reset works.
No Cpu intensive programs are running, no spikes in activity monitor.
Hard drives both checked ok in disk utility, all hardware passed apple hardware test (hold D) on boot.
Any help appreciated. Thanks

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
WIll this install the latest OS 10.11? I would rather stick with Yosemite.
The ORIGINAL OSX that the MBP came with when new will be installed in Internet recovery. That would be Lion or Mt. Lion in a 2012 MBP. Since you have had Yosemite installed before, it should be in your App store account. Then you can install Yosemite on your MBP, if you so choose.

Ogelthorpe's solution worked for me. Disk Utility didn't find anything wrong with my HD. Etrecheck detected 300+ disk errors and pending failure of the drive.
