Merchandise,
I figured out the difference between your source code & mine but not the solution to the problem.
My iWeb site is published to .Mac; I also have a domain name forwarded/masked from godaddy.
The top of my source code looks like this:
<meta name="Generator" content="iWeb 1.1.2" />
<title>home</title>
<link rel="icon" href="http://web.mac.com/phelpssculpture/iWeb/favicon.ico">
<link rel="icon" href="http://web.mac.com/phelpssculpture/iWeb/favicon.png">
You can see the two favicons, a png and a ico. Your source code doesn't have this. What I figured out is this: I see my favicon when I type in my .Mac address:
http://web.mac.com/phelpssculpture/iWeb/Site/ but I don't see my favicon when I get to my site from my forwarded/masked domain name:
http://www.phelpssculpture.com/ From this forwarded address the source code I showed above is not there ( as It isn't there in your source code).
The solution (if there is one) would be to get that code into the forwarded address. Hopefully someone out there knows of a way to do this.
Good luck, David
