The ONLY way to remove activation lock on any iOS device requires you to know the password to the iCloud account used to set up activation lock. If you do not know that password, or cannot contact whomever does, or they simply refuse to help you, there is NOTHING you can do. Wishful thinking, or hopefully reposting the same question again and again will not change that reality.
The entire point of activation lock is to prevent the device from being activated and used by anyone who does not know that password. There is no bypass, no hack, no way at all to remove activation lock without the password.
Apple will will not help you - they do not get involved, at all, with issues related to the sale or trade of personal property.
