iPhone MetroPCS Issue

Having the same problem man....Upgraded iphone last week to the 6s........everything works fine except visual voicemail.......get a big red circle on voicemail icon. Just got off phone with Metro Cust Ser........the guy really didnt help me...........been to various metro stores locally, nobody knows nothin', lol. Goin to apple store next week, hopefully they can help, i mean i spent a G on it, so ill see, lol....LMK if u find a fix.............

Does LTE Data work for you? Everything works for me. Texting, Calling, MMS. Literally everything except I cannot browse the web if I'm not on wifi. I've called twice and they "refreshed" my service or whatever but it didn't work. I've also waited 24hrs since my service being on and it still doesn't work

Thanx for replying.......yea i seen the metro 23.0 carrier bundle............strange how it wont update to 23.1...i guess we'll just have to wait......like i said, everything works just that VV was such a convenience and i dont like to see a big red dot on voicemail icon, lol, oh well.

Hello, I just went from a 5s to a 6s on metro pcs and I'm having the same problem with the visual voicemail not working. I've tried everything, with both apple and metro pcs support. Have you guys found anything that made it work yet?

I'm having the same exact problem. Had an iPhone 6 on Metro, worked great (Wi-Fi calling, personal hotspot, VoLTE, etc.). Now, I'm wondering if I switch to T-Mobile Prepaid, will the 24.1 update install on my 6S Plus? Is there a difference between postpaid and prepaid carrier bundles? I'm about to DM T-Mobile's customer service on Twitter. They have the exact same plan as I have for Metro - $50 for 5 GB. I hope this works.

Wow. Hotspot and everything? I'm stunned. Did you put the Metro card back in when you were done? I'm really considering switching next month so I can just have OTA carrier updates instead of Metro's nonsense.

Ordered a prepaid SIM from T-Mobile's website ($3.99 promo code FTW). Reset my phone right after, and hotspot showed up. I freaked out. But since Wi-Fi Calling and Visual Voicemail still aren't working, I'm going ahead with the SIM.

It's so annoying. I've been using T-Mobile Simply Prepaid for about a week, and they add on taxes whenever you want to refill your account balance. I wish Metro would get it together and either start selling iPhones or have full support for them.

That option isn't there in 9.2 for me

I'm going to Walmart right now to buy a prepaid Sim kit and I'll see if the trick work so I don't have to switch my service

Not to be a pest (lol), but do you know if T-Mo Simply Prepaid charges taxes and fees on your monthly bill? Or did you just put the Metro SIM back in after you used the T-Mo one?

Here they are stating we take them all! They fail to mention there featuers won't work like stated on apples website.

I Just sent an email to metropcs CEO, COO, and VP of customer service regarding this issue. I will update if/when I get a response
