Device locked with Activation Lock
Bought an ipad mini on ebay and it is Activation Locked after updating ios. It also does ghost touching.

Can i request to apple to remove the activation lock??

Apple can't remove activation lock from second-hand devices, you have to contact the person whose account it's locked to (Apple also can't help you find / contact that person)
So how can I find the original owner ?pls help
