iMac 27 inch 5k late 2015 runs laggy and slow

I have a new iMac 27 inch 5k that runs very laggy and slow especially with drawing apps, but overall it feels laggy and slow. Typing and selecting, Finder, drawing, opening apps etc etc... I frustrates the **** of me, because i use the iMac for work and i didn't pay a lot of money for a Mac that runs slow as my old mid 2010 Macbook Pro, ridiculous! Typing this is a hassle, selecting and place the cursor feels like a Mac out of 2001. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it El Capitan, i've read that lot of people had problems with the update.

These are the things that i have done since i have the iMac in chronicle order:

  1. Migration from my old Macbook Pro for my documents etc. done successfull
  2. Installed Apps mainly Adobe and some font related apps
  3. Updated OS X to El Capitan 10.11.2
  4. Setup Apple Mail etc.
  5. Customized the overall preferences for Finder, Icons info desktop etc. normal stuff
  6. Setup Time Machine and did a backup

Things i did to solve the problem chronicle order:

  1. Reset the SMC (didn't solve the problem)
  2. Reset the NVRAM (didn't solve the problem)
  3. Run Apple Diagnostics (no hardware problems where found)

I came across something a while ago on one of many Tech forums but don't recall if it was Motorola or another vendor.

it's a service that allows a RIM device to connect to your computer but it was not part of your OS install, you added it later or it's a legacy driver left running after you upgraded to OS 10.11 if you upgraded. As a service it requires components from OS X to operate and as an OS X port it may be poorly implemented by a developer that doesn't know Mac OS from his bottom and he would hardly be the first developer to ham fist a 3rd party Mac app. Regardless this services is constantly running in the event you connect that device and it needs to see it, or not, it's just running always. Wether you need it or not has not been established and anything that didn't come with your OS is safe to delete.

If you remove it and it makes no change and suddenly your rim device no longer 'talks' to your mac you reinstall that software, nothing ventured, nothing lost.

When you see a beachball cursor or the slowness is especially bad, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.

These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.

Launch the Console application in any one of the following ways:

☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

☞ In the Finder, select Go Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.

The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select

SYSTEM LOG QUERIES All Messages

from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select

View Show Log List

from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Scroll back to the time you noted above.

Select the messages entered from then until the end of the episode, or until they start to repeat, whichever comes first.

Copy the messages to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.

Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.

When you post the log extract, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "The message contains invalid characters." That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the text on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

If you have an account on Pastebin, please don't select Private from the Paste Exposure menu on the page, because then no one but you will be able to see it.
