APPCRASH-CoreAudioToolbox.dll
Hi, I am writing this question for the nth time since I never had a perfect solution to this problem a month ago.
I don't know how Apple works on their customer's concerns but the very fact that every time I open discussions and see this problematic "CoreAudioToolbox.dll" issue with other users, I can almost assume that the Apple guys are not doing their jobs.
It is very alarming and disappointing that Apple cannot provide a perfect solution for a software they made. Most of us with this problem have to go the exhausting process of uninstalling, reinstalling, and downloading multiple itunes softwares, trying to look if it would work and see the whole system crashing again.
I was an avid fan of Apple before but seeing how things work in here, I cannot help but envy Android users and how simple they manage their devices.
I just want to do a simple task, a very simple task: TRANSFER MUSIC FILES FROM MY PC TO MY IPHONE. That's all.
How can this very simple task irritate and stress the **** out of me and how this problem does not affect you is just disgusting.
Once and for all, please, please, please fix this f*cking CoreAudioToolbox.dll issue (Im trying to be professional on talking to you guys but how you respond to us, how you treat this problem and you make a solution is very unprofessional of you 🙂)
So here goes the problem (as I would have to retell again and again)
I have an Iphone 6s plus with IOS 9 I purchased last December as a replacement to my Iphone 5s. After I downloaded the latest Itunes software which happened to be 12.3.2.35 for Microsoft Windows 7 64 bit version, I opened it and it wont run. I tried troubleshooting on my own but still, it didn't work. Then, I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and downloading another software, Itunes 12.3.1.23, but still and still, it won't work. I also downloaded 12.3.0.44 and just the same problem occurs: f*cking COREAUDIOTOOLBOX.DLL .
With desperation in mind, I tried reverting to older softwares, specifically 12.2.2.25. Itunes launched but when I connected my IPhone, it said that my Iphone cant connect/sync/work or whatever you call it because it needs 12.3 or later. Now tell me, what am I supposed to do? All I wanted was to transfer music files and this is what I got. Wow. Apple's customer service is this bad?
I am attaching a copy of the problem, my PC's specs and my Iphone's below:
