IPhone 6 IOS 9.2.1 No Service - regularly iPhone shows "No Service" even though usage is in high signal area. Must reboot to get back service. Is this a known issue? Any fix?

Regularly get "No Service" indicator in strong signal area. Only remedy is to reboot unit. Then service indicator will show full signal strength. When "No Service" of course I get no calls or messages. Very frustrating to need to regular,y look at my phone to see if I have service even though I know signal is strong. Is this a known issue? Any fix other than constant review and reboot when "No Service". BTW my android friends have no such issue when we physically socialize together. My iPhone is now the butt of many jokes. Not funny to me.

Iphone 5, same "no service" after ios 9.2.1 (finland). Try to reset phone, put 3g/4g, shutdowns, clean sim card ... nothing help. Some day works fine, next day again "no service" whole day (even if moving different location and try to start phone) . Strong carrier network all time but still "no service" (no 2g,3g,4g nothing - wifi was only what work). I take phone to apple service. They change phone newone (still warranty on phone) . But they don't say what was wrong (was it phone or new ios? - but before 9.2.1 phone works fine). Hope new phone is ok.

I'll pile on with same issue here, iPhone 6, v9.2.1.

I have tried every solution mentioned here with no success, including network settings reset, reboot, factory default reset, new sim card from Verizon, etc. Nothing has worked and the problem persists.

I did discover just now though that the airplane reset does work for me. So just turning airplane mode on for 30 seconds and then toggling it off. For whatever reason this gets me LTE again. No idea why and it's still horrible to work with but slightly better than rebooting my phone 10x per day.

Come on Apple!

I have the same problem. I have a iPhone 5s, just before the iOS 9.2.1 update 5 weeks ago, my signal just dropped significantly to "No Service", and "Searching..." after restarting my phone. My phone has no "Voice & Data" option. I have tried every option, and when I restored my phone, errors came up in iTunes which essentially told me that my phone was bricked.

I went to the "Genius'" and they confirmed my phone to be broken and they couldn't fix it. I left my phone for a week and then for the 150th time I tried to restore my phone through DFU mode and by using a IPSW file online as the default way was not working. My phone started to finally have signal after 5 weeks! And then after 15/20 minutes, it went back down to "No Signal" and "Searching".

I hope Apple realise this problem as a lot of people have this same problem.
