Where can I buy the apple pencil charging adapter

I Looked everywhere for three days. I could not find one. You can't buy it from Apple online or store. You can get a replacement if you have Apple Care. Repeating what pabaravich said in this discussion, you can find one on Amazon. Kind of. For $30. It is not an adapter but a small dock. I assume it was ment to go on your desk and stay there. But it is kind of cool because it has a charging port and a hole to hold your pencil when not in use. I would assume Apple either didn't think about a replacement adapter or they want you to buy a new pencil. Either way, it doesn't surprise me. Apple is kind of quirky that way. Kind of like the flat out refusal to put a USB port on the IPad despite the hundreds of requests. You might try next time to tape your adapter with white e-tape to a seperate cable. I lost mine, but I found some on Amazon that already have the female end on a regular USB cable, so for me it's even better when you want to charge both at the same time. I bought this one for less than $10 and it works great.

Thanks SandMan13! That's a great find, I also found that adapter on EBay in two different lengths for around $3. Also Amazon has an adapter that doubles as holder and adapter all in one. Works great for your desk or office.

I lost mine and i've been using my iPad to charge it. Glad it's now available to buy.

I talked to Apple support on the phone two days ago and was able to order two extra female to female lightning adapters for the Apple Pencil. They cost $4.95/each plus $6.95 shipping...shipping time was overnight. They also sell the end cap. Unfortunately, Apple has not decided to sell the Apple Pencil parts through the Apple Store, I have no idea why.

Not sure if you need Apple Care to speak to someone, I have AppleCare+. Be patient when you call Apple Support because it took me about 72 minutes to finally find someone that could confirm they could sell me the charging adapter. I waited 12 minutes to speak to a tier-one support rep. He had no idea what the adapter was. He decided to transfer me over to the Apple Store sales people even though I told him the adapter is not for sale there, had to wait about 10 minutes for those people. They also did not know what the adapter was. Then he transferred me back to a tier-one support rep who again had no idea what the adapter was, had to wait about 15 minutes for him. Then I got frustrated and demanded to speak to a senior support rep, and waited about 15 minutes for that person. They actually knew what adapter was, but it took them about 10-15 minutes to confirm they were able to sell one to me. I decided to order two so I did not have to go through this insanity again.

Forgot to post the charging adapter part number..this should save you some frustration when you call Apple Support.
