On my old iphone 6 I was when i downloaded the Chase bank app it asked if I wanted to login with my fingerprint. I recently replaced my phone but it does not give me that option and I've tried adding it on the settings but it does not allow me.

Thanks for this! I didn't know there was an additional "settings" part to the Chase app itself. I opened the app, went to settings and turned the Touch ID back on.
If you are having trouble initiating Touch ID, once logged on via the Chase App, select the menu, go to settings and switch on the Touch ID :~)!
I use Touch ID for most of my apps. However, it does not even present me with a prompt to enable the Touch ID when I open the Chase iOS app. So, the advice given above isn't entirely correct...
