Can ANYONE please tell me what's happening?

I keep getting warnings that my browser is blocking websites as if I were going to them and I'm not. All movie and music websites. Its crazy. Then all my social media starts popping up that Im logging in from different states and its locking me out.

I checked our router, nobody unauthorized is using it. Just in case I changed the password. I've already deleted Google Chrome, but I need it back. I am at a complete loss right now and would love if someone could help me out.

Im not going to any of these websites. Im an author. I'm dead set against pirating other's work. IDC if its big production or Indie Author/ artist.
