I am currently using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS: El Capitan 10.11.3.
When I tried pairing my new JBL Xtreme bluetooth with my macbook pro or even macbook air, it can only go as far as to pair it. However, when I play music on my macbook pro/air, there is no music coming out of JBL Xtreme speakers, although it is paired.
However, I am able to pair and play music from my iphone 6.
Can you suggest how to fix this?
Upgrading firmware speaker helps me too 🙂

i can pair my jbl xtreme with my macbook but i can not see my device in sound output devices. on the other hand i can pair with my iphone. it works. how can i fix this problem?
