windows 8.1 problems with optical drive and eject button

I have recently installed Windows 8.1, but the optical drive nor the eject button seems to not be working. I've ran the setup.exe from the USB. I've gone into the Device Manager and checked if there were any unknown devices under DVD/CD-ROM;however, there was no tab for DVD/CD-ROM. I own an early 2011 MacBook Pro with built-in Optical Drive. Is there anything I could do to properly run the optical drive/use the disc eject button?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

In Device Manager, under View, there should also be a 'Show Hidden Devices...' checkbox. Check it and see what new devices show up.

The AppleODDInstaller64 you highlighted is the correct driver. It should be an exe file. If you double-click on it, it should probe and install the CD/DVD device. The overall BC driver installer requires a reboot. Since we are installing only a part of it, if the CD/DVD drive does not show up, a reboot should allow the device to be visible.
