I have bought a new Iphone 6s 64gb and after erasing Iphone to restore data from android to Iphone, I have lost some of my preinstalled apps?

I have bought a new Iphone 6S 64GB and after erasing iphone to restore data from android to iphone,

I have lost some of my pre-installed apps, Can anybody explain me the process.

And when I am looking for those apps over app store It is showing that i have pay it for them. And not only that if these apps have been removed then

why I didn`t get the released space.

I'm running into the same issue. I did reset my iPhone 6s 64gb as I couldn't set up iMessage after I change my sim for a different cellular network and cell number. I thought it'd probably solve the issue but I realized that some of the preinstalled apps like garage band, iMovies, iTunes U etc. are gone when I did the reset. These apps are not preinstalled in 16gb variant but comes for free in 64gb. But after the reset, when I searched for these apps in the AppStore, they have price tags. Very annoying. These apps were preinstalled in 64gb variant maybe because of the higher price of the 64gb variant phone but now we need to pay to install those apps back. Please let me know if you have found the solution.
