I have trouble connecting to Google from Safari

When coming out of the sleep mode Safari won't connect to Google. You have to turn Wi-Fi off then back on to connect. Apple has given me a new computer because they thought it was a hardware problem. Same problem. reloaded operating system same problem. Got Bell to give me a new modem and still same problem.Has anyone encountered this and if you have what was your solution. The computer is a Mac Book Pro.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

I think you're saying that you reproduced the problem while in Recovery mode. If that's so, and if you also reproduced it while connected to more than one network, then the only explanation is that there's a bug in OS X. I've seen other reports similar to yours, but I don't know why the bug only seems to affect some users or some Mac models. I can't reproduce it, and I don't know of a workaround. Maybe a future OS update will fix it.
