Cannot connect to TC after swapping out modem, although wifi is working fine.

Time Warner Cable send me a new modem. (Technicolor)

It is set up, activated, and and wifi is working through my Time Capsule (802.11n 1TB).

But the TC is flashing yellow and is no longer available on my iMac (Yosemite 10.10.3, 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3, 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3)

I have restarted the mac, modem and TC several times.

I have not tried a reset on the TC...
