iBooks won't download please help

Hi, Just wondering if anyone is having any trouble downloading free books to ibooks? The app will load on my iphone 5 and I can get the page up of the free charts but when I click to download a book the circle just spins for a couple of seconds and then just goes back to get book. Does anyone know How to fix this issue please? TIA

iPhone 5, iOS 9.2.1

TThankyou very much, resetting all settings fixed the problem 🙂

The problem with reset all is that it's lost my settings for Apple Pay, Touch Id, background pics, but not my WiFi settings.

This solved the problem; it was just a pain to set up all my settings the way I liked again 🙂
