Nope? So, how the apple pencil just pair with the iPad Pro? Isn't by BLE 4.x???
wasn't apple who developed and released the iBeacon technology late in 2014???
SO if the iPad Pro could not reach out the pencil what should happens When it lost its signal???
nope the iPad Pro could not inform the quality of the pencil's battery life??? Suggesting to recharge???
nope??? If his information really proceed as true I will strong recommend not to buy the Apple Pencil because the programmed obsolescense would be crue in this nor for the desire to buy the revolutionary new iPencil neither for the -$$$ in cash wen you may lost yours old Apple Pencil or when sepending more to buy the novalty
There are third party Apple Pencil holders that attach to either the iPad or whatever protective covers you use for your iPad Pro.
If you would've done a vweb search for these for your second Applebpencil, I am sure you would have found something you could have kept your Apple Pencil with your iPad Pro.
There are holders available.
I Thought the pencil was gone gone, still may be, but yesterday got a warning on iPad that the pencil was down to 5%. I tried your technique, but a male end lighting connector isn't in my box. How did you do this?
It would seem that if you are out of bluetooth range the iPad would loose pairing so going to Settings > Bluetooth and doing a grid search around your house would eventually have the pencil and pad pair. At least then you know you are probably within 30ish feet. Of course there are a lot of scenarios where this feeble workaround would fail but it worked just a moment ago for me by "hiding" the pencil in a junk drawer.
This does NOT look like an approved app from Apple and downloadable from the Apple OS App Store.
No one should trust that link you supplied in your post.
Beware.
Sorry but no because it dose not have a system like software or a chip to track it.
