I don't have Apple Mobile Device USB Driver anywhere. I followed your instructions.I don't know what to do. I cannot connect to iTunes. I was able too about a week ago and it just seemed to stop working.
If you've installed iTunes the driver is already on your computer. See iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows.

Did you run the iTunes setup package as the administrator?
Have you tried repairing AMDS in the programs & features control panel?
