white lines (with nonresponsive touch) comes and goes randomly
Hi,
i have iphone 6 plus.
Sometimes vertical whitelines come on 1/random th of screen starting from top.
meanwhile they are showing, touch doesn't work sometimes and sometimes it works gibberish.
i press somewhere else and something else gets pressed.
Then suddenly this problem goes away until i am using the phone. (no whitelines or nonresponsive touch, everything becomes perfect)
Once i put it on standby and leave it for sometime the problem will come again sometimes.
Its not software issue since i have reinstalled ios 9.2.1 again and again with full reset. (removed all my apps just to be sure)
There is no hardware fault, since the problem is not persistent and my screen and touch works all other times. I think some wiring or connection is loose. since this problem comes and goes randomly. I can live with it, but its **** annoying. One sec i am talking to someone and i can't cut the call.
Please Help me out, Service center says i have to replace my phone. They dont want to figure this out and just want to replace it for no reason.
Hint: I live in India where these people are not capable of even diagnosing the issue and want me to pay for something i clearly didn't cause.
And since my warranty is out, i have to shell out appx ~ 470$ for a problem which nobody can tell me, and looking up on internet or applying basic logic is just because some wiring is at fault.
I repeat, there is no hardware or software fault. Its some loose wiring and noone at apple service center wants to diagnose what the issue is.
All they want to do is replace the **** phone for no reason.
