i'm getting this message every time i try to sign in my apple ID
and i don't know what is wrong with it .?
iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1
So i was having this exact problem. I came home and couldn't sign in on any device. reset my password online and still couldn't sign in. what i found to fix the problem is a workaround at best. i created a new Apple ID account and signed in with that. Then i signed out and signed back in with my original account. it worked. i had to do this on every device including my Apple TV 4.
I am having the same issue but only on one of my 6 devices. It looks like from the recent posts that this must be an apple issue.

Using iOS 10.2.1 on iPhone and 10.3 Public Beta on my iPad. Both devices have the same issue.
Same issue, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw todays date in the recent comments. Some devices affected, but not others.

I updated the latest IOS too as well and when I went to buy an app it wouldn't accept it and the error message popped up, I signed out and now I can't sign back in

I was just having this issue myself.. like everyone else posting on here. I updated the device to the latest IOS version and i the verification issue went away.

Had the same problem. Turned off the additional verification and I was able to get in with no problems.
Check the year, date, and time settings. Someone, 12 year old, had set his phone to sometime in 2003. I set back to automatic and everything got better.
