i'm getting this message every time i try to sign in my apple ID
and i don't know what is wrong with it .?
iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1
So i was having this exact problem. I came home and couldn't sign in on any device. reset my password online and still couldn't sign in. what i found to fix the problem is a workaround at best. i created a new Apple ID account and signed in with that. Then i signed out and signed back in with my original account. it worked. i had to do this on every device including my Apple TV 4.
I had the same error and an error regarding privileges on my itunes. Try reloading itunes. I went to apple.com and download itunes and problem solved.
