Iphone 6 Plus (16gb) storage issue on IOS 9.2.1

Hi, I juz update to the latest IOS 9.2.1 with my iphone 6 plus (16gb) and having Storage & ICloud Usage issue where the available storage always running to "0 bytes" after i delete old apps, photo or clean up old message (i no have any video & songs in phone). I also try to downgrade the IOS to 9.2 but it's failed.

Is there any solution on this issue?

update ur whatsapp & everything back to normal.the bugs from whatsapp really annoying me for 2 days.

I have the same issue but have never had WhatsApp installed on my phone. I have to restore every three weeks or so. Really annoying. My phone does not seem to know how much storage it has. If I look under Storage & icloud Usage, the numbers just do not add up. I keep all of my photos in the cloud and only keep a handful of apps on my phone. I then have to back up, wipe my phone and restore. I would love to have this solved.
