Ive been using the same set up for months now with no problems and now all of sudden nothing. The keyboard is plugged into the USB port, i have tried both ports, I've tried turing restarting the computer and Logic itself and nothing seems to be working. Please respond soon this is beginning to frustrate me
If you have changed your USB cable and it still doesn't work on multiple macs - then I would infer there is an issue with the Q49 hardware... maybe time to get a replacement.....
How long do they last? I got it less than a year ago and never dropped it or anything
1. When i press Midi/Selesct it turns red
2. Reboot, Restart, or Shut down? Im not really sure how to reboot if its different from the other options i said
