iPhone 6 - 9.2.1 firmware - - the mic input is not providing a valid signal to Siri, nor voice dictation in Messages. It *does* work fine for the new Music Memo app, so that would indicate the hardware is not broken.
When in Siri or Messages, the indicator of signal shows erratic noise, when in fact, there is no input, and does Not change or respond when there *is* talking.
Here is another current thread with solution possibilities - and a few that make little sense.
Still no joy with this problem. Messages never works. Memos always works. Other stuff, like google, and Siri, sometimes works.

Same problem for me, no Siri or dictation on my IPhone 6, problem seem to set in on April 23rd.
Tohofoto, can you recall anything you did that day like an installation or update that might have caused it?
Nothing specific, other than an IOS update.
Hmmm. I'm having this problem and I'm not really seeing any solutions in this thread. I don't have Onavo. I guess I'll have to do the genius bar thing.
