I told you this in the other post you made regarding 2G, but for Find My iPhone to work, your device has to have had Find My iPhone activated, the device needs to be powered on, and it needs to have an active connection to the internet, whether Wi-Fi or cellular. You do not have to make a call, or text, or anything. If you know cellular technology, your phone is constantly pinging the nearby towers on a regular basis to allow the network to know your location to be able to deliver calls to you. How else do you think that the network would know what tower to route your call to?
Yeah I know my fault. Do you think a stingray device could track where my phone really was even if it was using LTE only?

No I do understand haha how could verizon see where it was located? Is there an app or anything I can do to see where it was located through verizon on my end? Should I call verizon?
