If your phone is on LTE can you still track it even if no phone calls or text messages were made?

Say for instance I did not make any phone calls or send any text messages which would trigger the nearby cell towers can you still track where the cell phone was even if its using LTE only

No I was not under surveillance when I was out a few nights ago what do you mean by this? What do you mean I can't do what I want

As Chris and razmee have explained, you cannot prove where you were using your phone. If your parents don't believe you, it may be because you've been less than forthcoming to them in the past. Now is the time to take your lumps and try to win back their trust.

No I do understand haha how could verizon see where it was located? Is there an app or anything I can do to see where it was located through verizon on my end? Should I call verizon?

Are you even reading anything anyone here has tried to tell you? There is no app, you cannot ask Verizon. The issue is done and over with. Your responsibility now is to work this out with your parents. Technology can no longer help you with this. Drop it.

There is a remote chance you can get what you need from your phone, look at:

Settings> Privacy> Location Services> System Services> Frequent Locations> History

This may work, but only if Frequent Locations was turned ON. When I use this I can see snippets of where I was by date and time, though in your case there may not have been a record of your location at the time you were at that location, but take a look.

I know that's exactly what i'm trying to do right now but could I have verizon look up where I was located a few days ago or again does the phone have to be within real time?

The ONLY way you're going to get Verizon to look it up is to hire a lawyer and have the records subpoenaed.

You are NOT going to get what you want here. You're going to have to work it out with our parents all by yourself. If they don't trust you, and you can't convince them otherwise, there is nothing anyone here can do about it.
