To be fair my phone was received by service centre on Dec 23, repaired on 24th and dispatched on 28th. Considering it was over xmas and thereveerev3 non working days I thought that was pretty reasonable. Obviously just speaking from my own experience and it sounds like you have had a worse one than me.

I first to the Apple store on Dec 10, and they put my service order in , and stated that when the batteries arrived my. Ame would be the n one of them. They said it would 10 -14 days. I received a call three days later on the 13 th that the batteries had arrived, andI had until Dec 18 to return for battery replacement at which point the hold would be released. I went back on the 17th and had my battery replaced. They will tell you a reasonable expectation of what they expect based on appointments and shipments, but repairs could actually be much sooner.

I have exactly the same problem. My iphone 6s turned of after i ahd 50-40 % battery. Don't know why, but i hope Apple can do something with that.
