Mar 21, 2016 4:45 PM in response to Dimziqby Lawrence Finch,Here is what probably happened:
- You are not the first owner of the phone
- A previous owner enabled Find my iPhone
- The phone eventually got to you; perhaps you bought it used
- You did not reset the phone, but used it as already set up, adding your own email account
- When you updated it iOS contacted Apple's activation servers, and found that it was Activation Locked to the hotmail email account
If this is the correct scenario your only option is to contact the owner of the hotmail account, and ask them to free Activation Lock.
The only other possibility is that someone hacked your iCloud Apple ID and changed the email address.

Mar 21, 2016 5:16 PM in response to Lawrence Finchby Dimziq,Yes, I see this iPhone
How can i get you a screenshot?

Mar 21, 2016 5:19 PM in response to Dimziqby Lawrence Finch,I don't need a screen shot; I believe you. If you see the phone in the Find my iPhone screen on the icloud web site then the Apple ID it is asking for on the phone is not your iCloud ID. You may have an app that was purchased or downloaded with the hotmail ID, and it needs it to update the app.
Try playing a sound on the phone from the Find my iPhone screen as confirmation. If that works the phone is locked to your Apple ID. Can you get past the setup screen on the phone?

Mar 21, 2016 5:57 PM in response to Dimziqby Lawrence Finch,If you are sure the device appears in Find my iPhone you can erase it from there, then set it up again. But this is a very unusual situation. You should probably contact Apple's account security team. Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security
