Eu tive que resetar o iPad e restaurar de fábrica pelo iTunes.
Só depois que reinstalou o sistema, pude abrir e restaurar o último backup.

Since the download of iOS 9.3 (13E233), my iPhones 5s have to be reloaded every day, the same with my iPad 4 and the iPad Air of my husband. Our friends have the problem with their iPhone 6s too.

iOS 9.3.1 is now available and it contains all of the software that will fix all of 9.3 issues.
